- What you will receive: recurring automated marketing and informational text messages about your property insurance claim (appointment reminders, claim status updates and document requests), appointment and consultation scheduling, and the claim services Ocean States offers for residential, commercial and church property.
- Message frequency: varies depending on your claim activity and your interactions with us.
- Cost: we do not charge for text messages, but message and data rates may apply from your mobile carrier.
- To stop: reply STOP to any message at any time. You will get one confirmation message and nothing further.
- For help: reply HELP to any message, call 844.975.2100 or email claims@oceanstates.net.
- Consent is optional. It is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services, and providing your phone number alone does not sign you up.
- Your number stays with us. Your mobile opt-in data and text message consent are never shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.
